Credits disappear

This is a great game, but it appears they are finding ways to make us loose our credits maybe in an effort to force us to buy more. I recently seen over 700,000,000 credits evaporate and yet they say they could not determine what happened. I did not play and lose them and always close the app, but nevertheless the credits disappeared. Will not buy credits even if I am forced to stop playing a great game and delete the app. Its now a matter of doing the right thing and they dont seem to want to do that.
